Hi, I’m Andrea.
A passionate healer, mother, yoga instructor, and empowerment coach with a mission to help you rediscover your inner strength and embrace the healing power within you.
Credentials & Training Background
🌿 My academic foundation in Sociology (BS) further deepened my understanding of the human experience, blending science with soulful practices.
🌿 As a Certified Practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, Barre, Essential oils, and Young Living’s Raindrop Therapy, I believe in meeting you where you are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
🌿With over two decades of experience in holistic wellness, I’ve cultivated a diverse toolkit that includes: Yoga (200-hour RYT, trauma-informed), Reiki, Energy work, Breathwork, Thai Yoga Massage, Human Design, Somatic Movement, and Emotional Embodiment Coaching. Â
Why am I passionate about this?
My ultimate goal is to guide you toward empowerment, emotional freedom, and the radiant joy that comes from within.
Whether we’re flowing through yoga poses, exploring moon rituals, or balancing your energy through healing touch, every session is designed to awaken your true potential.
Inspired by the cycles of Nature, ancient knowledge, and the mystical beauty of life, I create transformative experiences through personalized ceremonies, workshops, and coaching.Â
And now for more highlights in case any of it resonates with your own journey.
I grew up with unresolved trauma that didn’t fully surface until adulthood. That experience is what fuels my passion for offering trauma-informed yoga classes and continuously learning about nervous system and body-based healing.
I'm also a proud mother of two incredible children—one is a cancer warrior, and the other is a dyslexia warrior. Both are still walking this Earth with me, and we’re honored to share their stories in ways that inspire and support others.
After navigating the challenges of divorce and personal healing, I became certified in yoga and began teaching classes and workshops in my local community. That work has been profoundly rewarding—and it sparked my desire to reach more people.
